We pick them up, wash, fold (and iron the Iron & Care Bag), and return everything inside your wardrobe within 24 hours.

The bags & the subscription

We provide two 35L bags — the Family Bag and the Iron & Care Bag — and the service works as a monthly subscription, allowing you to choose how many bags of each type you need each week.

Usually, you need one bag of each type for every two people.

Pickup & replacements

  • With one Family Bag and one Iron & Care Bag, pickup is scheduled once per week, on fixed days or whenever the bags are full.

  • From two Family Bags and two Iron & Care Bags, pickup can be scheduled up to twice per week, on fixed days or at the moment of need.

  • Every time we come, we collect the full bags and replace them immediately with new, empty bags.

The Family Bag (35L) is for everyday laundry (t-shirts, hoodies, trousers, underwear, socks, pajamas, bed linen, towels and bathrobes). We pick it up at your home, include stain treatment, wash with eco-friendly pH-neutral detergents, dry and fold everything neatly, then return it within 24 hours. Not included: shirts/formal garments, leather, silk, cashmere, elegant outfits, ties, and very bulky textiles such as duvets and curtains.

The Iron & Care Bag (35L) is for items you want ironed or handled with extra care, such as shirts, ties, elegant outfits, padded jackets, delicate items and down jackets. We provide home pickup, stain treatment, a dedicated wash, drying, and traditional ironing with refined finishing, with delivery within 24 hours. Pricing is per item, and you’ll receive the full price list together with the bag; for dry cleaning, we work with a specialized partner laundry.

What is this service?

It’s a home laundry subscription.
We provide the bags. You fill them, we take care of everything else: pickup, washing, drying, folding (and ironing for the Iron & Care Bag), then we return everything clean and ready to go back into your wardrobe within 24 hours.

How do I get the bags the first time?

We deliver the bags in advance, during a dedicated appointment that you can choose directly from our calendar.

While our team is there, you can:

What bags do you provide?

We provide 35L bags in two types:

Family Bag – everyday laundry (washed, dried, stain removal included, neatly folded)
Iron & Care Bag – items that need ironing or extra care (washed, stain removal included, and ironed)

You can choose any combination of bags based on your needs.

What can I put in each bag?

Family Bag (everyday laundry – washed, dried & neatly folded)

What goes in the Family Bag:

-Everyday clothing: t-shirts, hoodies/sweatshirts, trousers

-Underwear and socks

-Pyjamas

-Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases)

-Towels and bathrobes

-Soft toys up to 30 cm

What is NOT included in the Family Bag:

-Shirts and formal wear

-Delicate materials: leather, silk, cashmere

-Blazers, suits, elegant dresses

-Ties

-Very bulky textiles: duvets, curtains, extra-large items


Iron & Care Bag (ironed items + delicate/special care)

The Iron & Care Bag is for anything that:

-You want ironed

-Is formal or delicate

-Needs special handling

What goes in the Iron & Care Bag:

-Shirts

-Ties

-Blazers, suits, elegant dresses

-Padded jackets / quilted items

-Delicate garments and down jackets

-Basically, anything you want handled with extra care

What does NOT go in the Iron & Care Bag:

-Rugs

-Pet beds

How many bags do I need?

As a guideline, most households need:

1 Family Bag + 1 Iron & Care Bag per week for every 2 people.

You can adjust this at any time depending on how much laundry you produce.

Do I need the same number of Family Bags and Iron & Care Bags?

No. It depends entirely on your needs.

For example:

2 Family Bags + 1 Iron & Care Bag

3 Family Bags + 1 Iron & Care Bag

2 Family Bags + 3 Iron & Care Bags

Choose what fits your household and how often you wear ironed or delicate items.

Do the bags need to be full for pickup?

No. Your bags do not need to be full.

-You can hand over only one bag (Family Bag or Iron & Care Bag).
For example: Family Bag full + Iron & Care Bag empty — we still pick up. And vice versa.

-The bags can be partly filled (even half full) — that’s totally fine.

-We’ll collect your bags at your scheduled pickup time, or on demand if you need an extra pickup.

How does pickup & delivery work?

We collect your bags at home and return everything within 24 hours, clean, folded or ironed, and ready to be placed back into your wardrobe.

Pickup can be scheduled:

on fixed days, or

on demand.

How often do you pick up?

With 1 Family Bag + 1 Iron & Care Bag, pickup is scheduled once per week

From 2 Family Bags + 2 Iron & Care Bags, pickup can be scheduled up to twice per week

What happens at pickup?

Every time we come, we collect the full bags and replace them immediately with new, empty bags.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily.

You can:

-leave the bags in a safe, agreed spot, or

-provide access if you prefer.

How will my clothes be returned?

We deliver your items back clean, protected, and ready to wear — either hung or carefully folded, depending on the garment.

Hung items (on hangers)

These items are returned:

-Suits

-Dress trousers

-Shirts

They come:

-On hangers

-Inside a protective garment bag / cover to prevent wrinkling

-Shirts include a collar support to help maintain their shape

Optional: If you prefer, during delivery we can hang them directly in your wardrobe.

Carefully folded items

These items are returned neatly folded and stacked:

-T-shirts

-Hoodies / sportswear

-Casual trousers / jeans / leggings

-Pyjamas

-Kids’ clothing

-Wardrobe service (on request)

If you want, we can also put everything away for you, placing items in your drawers or shelves, exactly as your family indicates.

Do I need to sort whites, colors, or temperatures?

No.
We handle sorting, temperatures, and treatments according to garment labels and fabric type.

Is stain treatment included?

Yes. Stain treatment is included whenever possible.
For delicate or risky stains, we always prioritize fabric safety.

Do you offer dry cleaning?

Yes. For items that require dry cleaning, we work with a specialized partner laundry.

Timing may vary depending on the item.
Express 24-hour delivery is available on request for an additional fee.

Can I pause my subscription or skip a week?

No, the subscription can’t be paused or skipped.
The subscription includes at least one Family Bag per week.

If you’re away for one week (or more), your Family Bag credit doesn’t get lost — it accumulates.
You can use the saved credit later, whenever you need to do more laundry, by sending extra Family Bags in a future week.

What if I put an item in the wrong bag?

What if I put an item in the wrong bag?
No problem, we’ll still take care of it.

-Items are processed based on the bag they are placed in.
For example, if you put a shirt in the Family Bag, it will be washed and neatly folded.

-Important: please don’t place items that require extra care in the Family Bag.
These items must go in the Iron & Care Bag, such as:

-delicate garments

-down jackets / duvets

-men’s jackets / blazers / vests (gilets)

-any item that needs special handling or ironing

We’re insured. If any item is damaged or goes missing, please contact us and we’ll start the insurance claim process to arrange compensation.
