When it comes to hygiene, one thing truly matters:

If you would like to use your holiday period for bigger jobs

It means that we do not charge based on hours.
After the first trial, we define your needs together and agree on a fixed monthly price.
From that point on, you know exactly how much you will spend each month, with no surprises, and we can focus on the agreed result rather than the clock.
We work from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Extra services, however, can be organized at slightly different times, depending on the type of work and what we agree together.

Our goal is to take the whole burden of cleaning off your shoulders, especially for busy mums.
In fact, we encourage you to leave the house exactly as it is before we arrive: toys on the floor, dishes in the sink, everyday mess.
We will take care of it.
You do not need to “prepare” the house for us — we are here to make life easier for you, and we never judge.
It can happen. Continuity is important to us, so we let you know immediately.
If one or both team members are ill, your team will be temporarily replaced by another Saubera team trained to our standards, until they recover.
As soon as your regular team returns, they will resume the service with you as usual.
We are fully covered by professional liability insurance.
We work with great care and attention to your belongings, but in the rare event that something unexpected happens during the cleaning, we will inform you immediately and handle everything clearly and quickly through our insurance.
If you choose to entrust us with your keys, we sign a dedicated key custody agreement.
The keys are handled with the utmost care and are covered by insurance, so you can feel at ease.
We know how important this gesture of trust is, and we treat it with the seriousness it deserves.
If something unexpected happens, let us know as soon as possible: we always try to reschedule within the same week whenever possible.
If we are unable to find an alternative on those days, the slot still remains reserved for you and the subscription continues.
This is because we work only by subscription (we do not offer one-off cleanings), so that slot cannot be filled at the last minute with other clients.
You just need to write to us with at least one week’s notice, so we can organize everything in the best possible way.
Together, we define what you would like to have done during your absence and, if you wish, we can also add any extra services.
This allows us to plan everything calmly and properly.
